Small Setback

I am going to have to put my 30 day challenge on hold. I've been having trouble with my shoulder for about a month and I finally got it checked out today. The dr. Said that my clavicle has separated from my shoulder blade, so starting Monday, I won't be able to lift my right arm for ten days *sigh*. What the crap, man?

So instead of body rock. I am going to have to settle for walking an hour a day; so lame.

ZOMBIES!!!

Last night I had the worst zombie dream; they got Atticus! I lived in a colony that kept its gun cache right next to entrance, so when the zombies got in via the entrance guess what no one could get to?...anyway, it was scary. Sybil, i know you're good but everyone else needs to work on thier zombie escape routes. I know that's what I'll be thinking about during statistics.

Quick up to speed

So, I had a beautiful baby boy on september 29, 2011 and he is the most wonderful little man ever! My dilemma now is that I am very overweight. I have decided to (as of yesterday) accept the bodyrock.tv January 30 day challenge. My goal for the month is to lose 8lbs. I want to be able to fit into my old fat clothes at least. I would like to try and do the weight loss blogging with my sista's.

Here is the challenge that I am taking on:January 30 Day Challenge

Ahhh...Everything is Going to Change. Better/Worse, I Don't Know

I made my first 'down there' doctors appointment today. I haven't had one since I got married. I'm going at the beginning of October because Ash and I are going to start trying for babies! I am so excited. I know the time has been approaching but making this appointment makes it really real. Not excited that my new doctor is a man and that I have never met him before. On second thought, maybe that's for the best.

Awesome Concert

Ash took me to the AFI/Greenday concert yesterday. It was awesome! AFI was sensational of course. They only played a few songs because Greenday was filming the concert for their tour video. They played 30 songs! Oh my gosh, it took forever... so much Greenday. Of course the show was amazing; there were special effects up the whazoo. Their backdrops were the best, they had the coolest freakin' graphics. At the end, they shot confetti through the whole venue. It was awesome! However, there were tons of kids there under the age of 10 and Greenday totally dropped the F-bomb like a hundred times and promoted smokin' weed. So, moral of the story is Greenday is not so kid friendly. Oh, and we saw a super obnoxious drunk guy (is there any other kind) toss his cookies and get escorted from the concert. Overall, great concert.

School is Starting with an Exercise Plan

So, I think I'm going to start getting up at 6 and go walking. The diet part will have to come later. I just talked to Niesa and I am so excited about sisters weekend. Everyone has to aim for a size 7/8 so we can all share our clothes. Go Team!

Well, here it is ladies! I'm proud to present my dress.

We are going to pin the bolero so that it will stay in place.
